Here's the info you need to book your flight into St. Thomas, and plan your subsequent Ferry ride (only 7 minutes) to Water Island. More detailed descriptions on how to get from the airport to the campground are supplied on the When You Arrive page.

Flight Info

The airport you will want to fly into is called Cyril E King Airport (Airport Code STT). It is located in the coty of Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas.

For US citizens, a US Passport is NOT required for reentry into the continental United States if you do not leave the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Ferry Info

The Water Island Ferry is loacated at Crown Bay Marina, a short five minute cab ride from the airport. Here is a photo of the current ferry schedule. Make sure you plan in a couple hours between your flight arrival and your planned ferry trip, to give youself time to get over to Crown Bay Marina and to pick up some supplies at the grocery store. When completing your reservation, we will ask you for your planned ferry time, so we can arrange to be at the Ferry Dock on Water Island to meet you and drive you and your luggage up to the campground.

IMPORTANT: If your flight arrives after the last ferry or before the first ferry, private ferries or boats can be arranged with the ferry service (contact them directly using the number below). If, for some reason, a ferry cannot be arranged, we can pick your party up or deliver you back to St Thomas for a $50 fee.
